1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States.
A physical street address is required (we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes).


2. How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.


3. How will I know my order has shipped?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.


4. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are processed for shipping.

5. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
